I have had the Ilumina II''s with the Tokico Red springs for over 5 years, 40k+ miles on them and they still ride firm. Absolutely love them. Just remember to replace your bump stops or you''ll blow any strut. No joke. 87t 60-1t 12+psi

Feel great on Eibach springs and they absorb shock very well, have been installed around 10K with nothing but awesome performance, obvisouly a little stiff but with the progressive rate Eibach's the car is comfortable to drive and aggressive when you ask it to be.

I have to agree. Tokicos suck. Mine are weak & bouncy and one is already blown and i've only had the car funtioning for about 3000 miles. Get some Bilsteins.

I changed both rear struts with the tokico about a year and a half ago. One blew out at about 5,000 miles. Since only one blew I put the old working HKS strut back. Now about 10,000 miles the old HKS finally blew.I had the HKS brand for at least 8 years, with over 80,000 miles on them. Front HKS struts still running strong. I cant understand how the tokico can only last 5,000 miles. Lets see 5,000 versus over 80,000? Please HKS struts, return from the grave.

I've had the Illum II's on for about 8K miles now and they feel very nice. With the addition of Eibach springs and these struts the normal setting feels more like the Sport setting (maybe not that harsh), and the sport mode really locks the car on the road. The ride is stiffer than stock but is still very streetable over rough roads, just don't do it for a long time. Nice product and easy install.

Well it looks like every one else all ready sead it. I have the Tokico blues. No pun intended. I've put up with these for about three years with H&R Springs. The Springs are probably ok but I would not know. I hate driving my car with the Tokico Blues. I new I should have not half as... it. Next time I'm buying coilovers!
