Well after a long time and lots of research we have designed a injector that performs better than the PTE and RC!

 

  How did we do it?  Well the stock Toyota injector is actually a REALLy well designed injector.  Why?  Well if you look at the bottom of a Stock injector you will notice four holes, the other leading brands are made Lucas and just relabeled.  The problem with them is they use a straight spray pattern which does not allow the fuel to properly atomize once it's sprayed into the intake.  With four ports the fuel is atomized alot better allowing for a more efficient burn and in the end more POWER!

 

Now how do we take a stock injector and increase flow?  Well we use the shell and replace the internal components.

Process
1. All fuel hose, external seals, filter, pintle cap, etc. are removed.
2. Fuel injector is then fully disassembled.
3. All components are checked to meet OEM specifications and cleaned.
4. Coil is replaced with New FIC Coil.
5. All internal seals are replaced.
6. Injector is re-assembled and calibrated
7. The injector is checked for:
a) Coil resistance
b) Spray pattern
c) Fuel delivery - static and dynamic
d) Leak test

 

Now this is the basics for rebuilding a stock oem injector.  When doing it we have increased the flow to 550, 720 and 1000cc

 

  Now why would you want to use our custom injectors over RC or PTE or Venom?

 

We are currently purchasing cores to reuse .  We pay $30 per set of six injectors in good shape.  Do not send them to us if they have been damaged!  We inspect every core to make sure it is good!  DO NOT send a core if it has not come out of a Supra.  Send an email to Jack@SupraSport.com or call me at 651-439-3625 if you have stock injectors you want to sell.

We have had alot of you ask why they don't come with "flow charts" like another brand.  The simple answer is there is no such thing.  Below is a video of the actual machine used to test the injector, spray pattern, and cc output.  If you did get a chart with your injectors it is a copy of the same chart thousands of people have gotten.  We are looking into taking a picture of the set so you can see spray pattern and cc output.  The ASNU machine is the best machine we have ever seen.  We spent hours at the SEMA/AAPEX show talking with Phil ( the owner of ASNU).  We liked what he had to say and it made sense.  We are looking into buying our own ASNU machine so we can test and clean anyones injectors, once you watch the video you will completely agree with me
