Well it does make a difference but i still get a notchy shift from third to second at high speeds. Overall I'd say it was worth it.

The difference is pretty amazing... My shifts feel a whole lot cleaner and less notchy. I would recommend this to anyone struggling with an old tranny. Shifts into reverse are a lot easier now as well. It’s still a bit notchy when downshifting to third at higher speeds, but this was an overall good investment. Redline MT-90 is like the fountain of youth for the r154...

Great top-quality trans oil that makes your 154 shift "like butta". Nothing less than what I expected from reading the other reviews.
