Here is the 3D drawing.  This part is actually printed in a special printer kinda like you would have in your home.  Instead of using ink it uses plastic.  This process is expensive but allowed us to check for clearance issues and any issues we needed to correct before building the EXPENSIVE tooling. 

 

 

This is the final result of months of work.  Attached is a 80mm throttle body. 

 

So you get to see the process from start to finish.  This is an expensive part to make but quality does cost more.  There will be more pictures shortly and installed on our 90 supra running.  Again thanks for everyone's input and support on this project!
