All springs are now produced at factories in Lesjöfors, Sweden, where they have been producing springs since 1870. Today, besides being a dominant player in the Lowering Spring and Replacement Spring markets, they also supply the likes of Volvo, Saab and numerous other blue chip manufacturers.

As with all Lesjöfors products, quality is fundamental and B+G is no exception. All factories and distribution centres are certified to the international quality standard ISO9002 and to the even more stringent standards of customers such as Volvo. They are also certified by the German TÜV with over seven hundred of our kits already qualifying. Further B+G kits are continually being certified as they are developed and submitted. The development and testing of new Lowering Spring kits is an ongoing process and the objective at B+G is, within a month of a new vehicles launch, to have developed, tested and ridden the perfect lowering solution. Test drivers put these springs through rigorous tests, pushing each vehicle to the extreme at recognised sites such as the Neurenberg ring in Germany. By using a spring tester, with a capability of up to 50.000 N and onboard computer, B+G is capable of accurately calculating the resilience of the springs and with the monitor-displayed graphs the proper quality of the spring during stress. In order to guarantee the durability of the spring, such as E.G. the German TÜV, B+G has a machine to test the spring durability. This way B+G is capable of fully guaranteeing its products. Automatic epoxy line And finally, in order to carry out everything independently, B+G has access to its own epoxy-line, whereby the springs are given a protective elastic and scratch-resistant coating with an electrostatic layer of powder heated in an oven.
