| Great filter, love the fact that its dry so you wont mess up your AFM... Install was really easy, basic hand tools... You can really hear the turbo pulling air, and the stock bov can actually be heard, and well... I would reccomend putting an outerwears prefilter over the filter to help keep it clean longer... As with any other cone or cylinder shaped filter...

| Great fit, easy install, Robust design! I read the reviews stating that the placement of the filter seemed like it helped draw in cooler air by pointing the filter towards the hole in the fender where the air box used to sit. I found that after install I had dropped from 11.5 to 8psi of boost. Off to the MBC for some fine tuning! I was back up to 11.5, no problems. I talked with a few friends and what we decided was that there is better air flow over stock airbox with this replacement, but that I was probably pulling in hotter, less dense air which is why I had to reset how much pressure my boost controller was venting. I am now attempting to devise a way to increase the efficency of this unit... will keep you posted!
I did notice that after the install I could actually HEAR the stock BOV... what a shock! |

| Easy to install, fits perfectly. This is the best overall intake solution for the MKIII. When you get that turbo spooling, you can hear the intake moving air. |

| This is the best intake for the Mk3 by far.
It is the best in filtration and leaves no oil residue inside the AFM. I didn't want to believe my eyes, when I saw all the oil that my K&N left inside the AFM. If you want the best, go for the Apexi |
